At Quest4Toner, we believe that everything in life should be hassle free. Furthermore, your satisfaction is our highest priority. If our compatible cartridges do not meet your expectations, we will not require you to mail back your items at your expense.
Simply, reach out to one of our Print Specialists by phone, email, or our online chat to discuss either a free replacement cartridge or a full refund. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment and the same credit card as the original purchase. If cartridges need to be returned to our warehouse, we will provide a shipping label to be used for the return.
Should you wish to return unopened cartridges you either ordered by mistake or no longer have the need for, you may return them to us at your expense for a refund. Please note, shipping cost will not be refunded.
